    Turbochargers provide a pressure boost using a brine-driven turbine, connected to an impeller via a one-piece rotor. They are simple to install and operate in both new-build and retrofit applications.

    System upgrades

    Increase system recovery using the patented BiTurboTM SWRO solution in order to produce more water with modifications to the membrane system, avoiding additional intake/outfall infrastructure or pretreatment equipment.

    Modify your SWRO system to achieve up to 60% SWRO recovery. Each train can be converted in a matter of days:
     
    • Rearrange the RO membranes to a two-stage configuration, or add a second stage RO array.
    • Replace each train's existing high pressure feed pump and ERD with a FEDCO high pressure pump, a feed turbo and an interstage turbo.
    • The resulting system boosts permeate production without requiring modifications to the facility's intake, outfall or pretreatment.
